Over the past month we completed 6 international shipments from the UAE, each delivered to its owner. Behind every one of them is a family or a customer who trusted us with their belongings, and we want to share how we work to make sure every shipment arrives the way it left.
What does a "successful shipment" mean to us?
For us, success isn't only that a shipment arrives — it's how it arrives. That's why every shipment goes through the same steps:
- Door-to-door pickup: we collect from the customer's home or office at the agreed time.
- Packing by item type: protective wrapping for furniture and appliances, and custom wooden crates for fragile pieces.
- A clear contents list: we document what's in the shipment before loading, to smooth the paperwork and protect the customer.
- Customs coordination: we handle the paperwork so the customer doesn't have to deal with it alone.
- Follow-up until delivery: we stay in touch on WhatsApp at every stage until the shipment reaches its destination.
From inside our operations
Over the past weeks we took real photos of loading and packing at our warehouses — you can see some of them in the UAE-to-Egypt photo gallery.
What's next?
We continue to accept land shipments to Egypt and the Gulf. Our sea freight service is temporarily paused for now — read the sea freight status update for details, or learn how land shipping works.
